Margaret Moss is an experienced, well-qualified nutritionist, who has also published research on coronary heart disease, chronic digestive problems, drug nutrient interactions, detoxification and arthritis in medical journals. She was one of the speakers at the second Health Hazards of Milk conference, organised by the British Society for Allergy, Environmental and Nutritional Medicine (BSAENM), and held in London in 2001. She lectured at Primary Care 2002 at Birmingham Exhibition Centre. She ran workshops on cravings and addictions at the Food and Mood conference in London in 2003. She has lectured to students and qualified nutritionists at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and the Plaskett College of Nutrition, and to students at the Centre for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management. She has lectured on nutrition on other occasions to doctors, nutritionists and dieticians. She won a prize in the 1983 Action Against Allergy essay competition. For years she was North-west Coordinator of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy. She is a Scientific Member of the British Society for Ecological Medicine. She is listed on the Index Copernicus of scientists, Marquis Who's Who of Medicine, and the Cambridge Blue Book. She was short-listed for the Outstanding Practice Award for Complementary Therapy in 2003.
